Complaints
Do you have a complaint
about a spiritual service or centre? Have you been unfairly treated? Are there unfair practices within Spiritualism?
If you have a complaint, please contact the British Spiritualist Federation.
Simply put your complaint in writing or e-mail to us with details of how to contact you,
and we will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days. All Trustees of the BSF will be consulted on your complaint and
we will investigate the matter and respond to you within 30 days with a conclusion. We will handle your complaint
with dignity and discretion. If it is something we can deal with we will try to rectify the issue. Otherwise we
will forward your complaint to a higher level. If you are not satisfied with our response, we will forward your complaint
